To create a link in comments you have to use an html tag. Sorry I can't type out the exact html here because if I do that you will see nothing but a normal link.

ok i copied how to do it, do i have to type in the whole thing like href= and then the web address and so on? or is there a short cut?

Sorry I use html at work so it's easier for me to just type the tags like am used to than to look for shortcuts. There might be a shortcut. I know there's one when you're writing a post but not sure about comments.
